Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help you with an easy return or exchange.

1. Return Window
- You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your parcel.

2. Conditions for Returns
- The fabric or product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- Items bought on clearance sales are not eligible for returns unless they are damaged.

3. Damaged or Wrong Items
- If you receive a damaged product or the wrong design, we will exchange it free of cost. Please inform us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with pictures.

4. Change of Mind
- If you want to change the design or fabric because you changed your mind, you can exchange it. For change-of-mind exchanges, the customer will bear the return courier charges.

5. Refund Processing
- Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be processed via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 5 working days. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
