1. Delivery Timings
- Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 working days after phone or WhatsApp verification.
- Deliveries might take a little longer during public holidays or special sales events.

2. Shipping Charges
- Standard delivery charges apply nationwide and will be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available all over Pakistan.
- According to courier policies, customers must pay the full cash amount to the rider before opening the parcel. Open-delivery is not allowed by logistics partners.

4. Order Verification
- All orders require confirmation via SMS, WhatsApp, or a quick phone call before dispatch. Unverified orders may be canceled automatically after 48 hours.
