Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return & Exchange Window
- You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your parcel. 
- After 3 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging with all product tags intact.
- Items purchased on clearance sales or special discounts are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.

3. Defective or Wrong Items
- If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product (e.g., wrong fabric or design), we will exchange it free of cost.
- Please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with pictures or a video of the defect.

4. Change of Mind (Size or Color Exchange)
- If you want to exchange the product because you changed your mind or want a different color/fabric, you can do so.
- For change-of-mind exchanges, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping/courier charges.

5. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within 5 to 7 working days.
- Please note that initial shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable.
