Thank you for visiting and shopping with us! We are committed to delivering your favorite outfits safely and as quickly as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Delivery Timings
- Orders across Pakistan are typically delivered within 3 to 5 working days after verification.
- Delivery times may vary during public holidays, severe weather conditions, or mega sales events.

2. Shipping & Delivery Charges
- Standard shipping charges apply nationwide and will be calculated and displayed clearly at the checkout screen before you finalize your order.
- We offer FREE shipping on orders above a specific cart value (if running any promotion).

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available all over Pakistan.
- According to courier company rules, customers are required to pay the full cash amount to the courier rider before opening the parcel. 
- Open-parcel delivery is not allowed by logistics partners (TCS, Leopards, Trax, M&P, etc.).

4. Order Verification
- All orders are subject to verification via a phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch.
- If we are unable to reach you or confirm your details within 48 hours, your order may be automatically canceled.

5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email.
- You can use this number on the courier company’s official website to track your parcel's real-time location.

6. Wrong Address or Non-Delivery
- Please ensure your shipping address and active phone number are 100% correct at the time of checkout.
- If a parcel returns back to us due to an incorrect address or because the customer refused delivery, future orders from that account may require advance payment.
